The Florence Versatile™ parcel only mailbox unit is USPS approved and compliant with STD-4C regulations, featuring one large parcel compartment designed for recessed wall-mounted applications that coordinates with the Florence 4C - 6 high suite. This unit has superior strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring exceptional durability for both indoor and outdoor installations. It includes a 20-1/2"H parcel locker for secure parcel delivery, specifically designed to match the Florence 4C Suite 6-high mailboxes. A minimum of one parcel locker is required for every ten tenant compartments as per USPS regulations. Additionally, the unit incorporates factory-installed integral trim surrounding the mailbox, and a unique MUCK (multi-unit connector kit) is included for easy installation of multiple 4C mailboxes. The mailbox is fully-recessed for in-wall mounting, with surface-mount collar and kiosk kits available at an additional charge. Please note that this item is custom made and not returnable.
