This STD-4C compliant USPS approved Florence Versatile™ Max Height Suite mailbox features 9 resident mail compartments, 1 parcel locker, and 1 outgoing compartment. Specifically designed for recessed wall-mounted mailbox applications, Florence 4C mailboxes meet or exceed the STD-4C requirements, making them suitable for new construction and major renovations, as well as private delivery applications. The mailbox offers superior strength, corrosion resistance, and exceptional durability for both indoor and outdoor installations. It is fully-recessed for in-wall mounting, with surface-mount collars and kiosk kits available for an additional charge. According to USPS regulations, the mailbox includes a minimum of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments and one outgoing mail slot per unit. Additionally, it comes with a factory-installed integral trim that surrounds the mailbox and a unique MUCK (multi-unit connector kit) for easy installation of multiple 4C mailboxes. The dimensions include nine compartments at 3"H each, one parcel locker at 15"H, and one standard outgoing mail compartment at 6-1/2"H. Please note that this item is custom made and not returnable.
