The Wearwell® Weldsafe® Ultrasoft beveled welding mat is 7/8" thick and measures 2' x 3', featuring a black color. The specially formulated rubber surface is designed to repel sparks and hot metal shards, with a melt point exceeding 500° Fahrenheit. Beneath this, the nitrile enhanced nitricell sponge base effectively absorbs repeated compression and returns to its original form, outperforming PVC sponge alternatives.
