This life-size six-part model of a female pelvis provides an intricate representation of the anatomy, including the topography of bones, ligaments, vessels, nerves, pelvic floor muscles, and female genital organs. The kit includes a whole pelvic floor with partially removable midsagittally sectioned external anal sphincter, external urethral sphincter, as well as the deep and superficial transverse perineal muscles and bulbospongiosus. Additionally, the model features removable components such as the rectum, uterus with fallopian tubes, ovaries, and vagina, which can be disassembled into both halves via midsagittal section. The right pelvic half illustrates the divisions and topographical anatomy of the common iliac artery, external and internal arteries, as well as the common iliac vein and external iliac vein. It also displays the right sacral plexus, right sciatic nerve, and right pudendal nerve. The bones and ligaments included are two hip bones, the pubic symphysis, sacrum, coccyx, and the fifth lumbar vertebra with intervertebral disc, while a midsagittal section through the fifth lumbar vertebra, sacrum, and coccyx facilitates the disassembly of both halves of the pelvis, revealing part of the cauda equina in the vertebral canal. The left half of the fifth lumbar vertebral body is detachable, and the right half features several pelvic ligaments: inguinal ligament, sacrotuberous ligament, sacrospinous ligament, anterior sacroiliac ligaments, iliolumbar ligament, anterior longitudinal ligament, interosseous sacroiliac ligament, posterior sacroiliac ligament, and obturator ligament. This model is ideal for in-depth study of female genital and pelvic anatomy.
