Product Details
Phil is a full-size skeleton with a joint system model designed to demonstrate both internal and external rotation of the limbs, as well as the movement and stretching of knee and elbow joints. The flexible spine allows for natural movements including lateral bending and rotation. The hand bones are assembled on wire to reflect their natural position, while the foot bones are flexibly assembled for maneuverability. The shoulder blades can twist as the arms are raised, and the model also demonstrates the limited maneuverability of the sacroiliac joint and sacrococcygeal symphysis. This skeleton model is utilized in hospitals, schools, universities, and laboratories, making it suitable for active teaching and demonstrations. It is mounted on a metal hanging roller stand finished in white. The overall dimensions of the skeleton are 75.8 inches in height and it weighs 21.1 lb. Key features include a three-part skull, individually inserted teeth, and removable arms and legs, complemented by a natural cast and a transparent dust cover.
