The General Wire Kinetic Water Ram Manual Drain Cleaner w/Case (KR-D-WC) is a compact and lightweight tool designed for swiftly clearing clogged sinks, toilets, and tubs. It effectively addresses stoppages caused by rust, grease, sediment, and scale in lines with diameters up to 4 inches. Utilizing a burst of compressed air, the Kinetic Water Ram generates a shock wave (kinetic energy) through water to dislodge blockages, making it particularly effective for obstructions located beyond drum traps or in tight bends, as the shock wave can navigate around corners without losing power. The device features a self-contained pump and a pressure gauge, allowing precise application of force without pressure buildup in the plumbing system. Its water-based operation means the force is not impacted by stacks or vents. Included with the kit is a toilet attachment (KR-CA) that screws onto the front of the Kinetic Water Ram, enabling better positioning for a tighter seal in the bowl to maximize impact while minimizing splash back.
