These mercury-free thermometers are traceable to NIST and cover temperature ranges from -2 to 10°C. They are designed to verify sample temperatures in refrigerators, offering accurate temperature readings without sample contamination through the included filled bottle, which mimics the sample. For optimal results, the thermometer should be inserted into the bottle and placed near the samples. The thermometers contain organic liquid or EnviroKleen™ certified Enviro-Safe® liquid, feature permanently fused markings, and are made of lead-free glass. Select models come with a PFA coating that safely contains glass and liquid in case of breakage. Each thermometer is manufactured and tested by a USA quality team, and they come individually serialized. The package includes a multi-language (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish) statement of accuracy and traceability. Additionally, for those requiring it, factory calibrated thermometers or custom calibration services are available.
