The H-B® B60900-1600 Durac® calibrated electronic stainless steel stem thermometer is designed for a wide range of applications including field studies, wet lab experiments, wash down areas, food testing, and tanks, with an operational temperature range of -40 to 232°C. This thermometer features a 5" (127mm) probe that can easily reach into cuvettes, test tubes, flasks, and beakers, while the blunt tip probe is particularly suited for veterinary practices, farms, and ranches. Additionally, a surface probe is available for cooking, laboratories, and hot plates (note that a probe cover is not included). Key features include minimum/maximum temperature readings, alarms, data hold, and water-resistant models. Each unit includes accredited calibration documentation that aligns with ISO 17025 standards, with calibration performed in H-B's triple accredited/registered ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory (Certification #2448.01), ensuring traceability to NIST. The thermometer is individually serialized, CE marked, and includes multi-language instructions in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. Please note that these electronic stem thermometers are not suitable for use with solids such as frozen items.
