These mercury-free thermometers are traceable to NIST and are designed to cover temperature ranges from -5 to 15°C. They are equipped to verify sample temperatures in refrigerators, providing accurate temperature readings without the risk of sample contamination by using the included filled bottle, which effectively mimics the sample. To achieve optimal results, simply insert the thermometer into the bottle and place it near the samples. The thermometers utilize organic liquid or EnviroKleen™ certified Enviro-Safe® liquid, and feature permanently fused markings alongside lead-free glass construction. Selected models come with a PFA coating that safely contains the glass and liquid in the event of breakage. Each thermometer is manufactured and tested by a USA quality team and is individually serialized. The kit includes a multi-language statement of accuracy and traceability available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
