The H-B® B61809-0000 Durac® 0/100% salt brine % by saturation hydrometer is designed for measuring sodium chloride saturation in salt brines across various industries such as food, fishing, and transportation, and is available in two models with ranges from 0 to 100% or 0 to 26.5%. Each hydrometer measures 300mm (12") in length and is constructed from lead-free ballast and glass. The hydrometers are individually serialized and feature a temperature standardization of 60°F (15°C). Durac® salt brine hydrometers undergo hand inspection by a U.S. quality team in a triple accredited/registered ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and A2LA accredited calibration laboratory, which is recognized internationally by signatory economies of the ILAC/MRA. They are produced in a facility registered under ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system standards. Each unit is accompanied by a multi-language statement of accuracy in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, ensuring accuracy traceable to NIST. It is important to store salt brine hydrometers in a clean, dry place and avoid exposing them to extreme temperatures.
