The QF640 AR15-A2/carbine is designed to accommodate both standard and modified AR15s, featuring a pistol slot case. It includes removable plugs for accommodating front sights in both standard and carbine setups, and additional plugs can be removed to adjust for barrel length. The design incorporates a large area beneath the forward grip, allowing for modifications like bipod applications, pull-down forward grips, or additional lighting. The interior is lined with 1.8# foam that is impervious to water and chemicals. The case is equipped with edge casters and an edge pull handle, ensuring it is airtight and watertight, and features a pressure relief valve.
