Eagle's 60 gallon manual close paint and ink safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double-wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. The cabinet includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents, each fitted with a threaded fitting, fire baffle, and cap. It has a lead-free, high-gloss, baked-on powder coat finish with red trilingual warning labels, a grounding attachment, continuous piano hinges, a flush-mounted door handle with key lock, a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, and self-latching manual close doors with a 180-degree opening. The cabinet features a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill and internal dimensions of 39.5"W x 14.562"D x 60.5"H. It includes patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves supported by four brackets with 3 in (7.6 cm) spaced shelf positions, capable of holding a 350 lbs (159 kg) uniform distributed load while directing spills to the back and bottom of the leakproof sump. The cabinet is FM-approved and meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements; it also has four adjustable galvanized leveling legs and internal and external welded construction.
