The 270 CFM premium bath fan kit includes two ceiling grilles with LED lights, two grille housings with dampers, two 14-watt instant-on LED bulbs, and a Y-adapter (4x4x6). It accommodates 4" and 6" duct sizes and is UL listed for wet locations, with CULUS ventilation featuring illumination. The design focuses on effective spot ventilation at the source, making it suitable for ventilating several areas within a bath or two different bathrooms. The small 7" ceiling grilles can be positioned directly over showers, whirlpool tubs, steam showers, toilets, or vanities. The fan motor is installed away from the living area to ensure super quiet operation, and it is designed for continuous operation to meet ASHRAE standard 62.2.
