Roof mounted belt drive downblast ventilators are designed to exhaust air out of commercial and industrial buildings, specifically for roof mounting only. The motor and wheel can be easily detached without removing the ventilator from the curb, featuring permanently lubricated ball bearings (5BDD10 - 5BDD13) and regreasable pillow block bearings (5BDD15 - 5BDD24). All ventilators are UL 705 standard listed, constructed of durable spun aluminum with steel support braces, and capable of handling inlet temperatures up to 170°F. Additionally, they include a backward inclined aluminum fan wheel and a built-in bird screen to protect the discharge and maintain an externally cooled motor compartment.
