Roof mounted belt drive downblast ventilators are designed to exhaust air out of commercial and industrial buildings, specifically for roof mounting applications. The kit includes ventilator models that allow for easy detachment of the motor and wheel without needing to remove the unit from the curb. The ventilators are equipped with permanently lubricated ball bearings for models 5BDD10 to 5BDD13, and regreasable pillow block bearings for models 5BDD15 to 5BDD24. Key features include compliance with UL 705 standards, durable spun aluminum construction with steel support braces, the ability to handle inlet temperatures up to 170°F, a backward inclined aluminum fan wheel, a built-in bird screen to protect the discharge, and an externally cooled motor compartment.
