Roof mounted belt drive downblast ventilators are designed to exhaust air out of commercial and industrial buildings and are intended solely for roof mounting. The kit includes a permanently lubricated ball bearing system for models 5BDD10 - 5BDD13 and greasable pillow block bearings for models 5BDD15 - 5BDD24. All ventilators are UL 705 standard listed and feature a durable spun aluminum construction complemented by steel support braces. These ventilators can handle inlet temperatures up to 170°F and are equipped with a backward inclined aluminum fan wheel. Additionally, they come with a built-in bird screen to protect the discharge and an externally cooled motor compartment, ensuring efficient operation.
