Direct-drive upblast ventilators are designed for continuous operation to exhaust foul air, smoke, fumes, odors, and grease-laden vapors from range hoods and commercial cooking appliances, making them suitable for industrial, institutional, and commercial kitchen applications. The kit includes a UL 705 listed ventilator, which features a backward inclined aluminum fan wheel, an externally cooled motor compartment, and a fully welded windband. These ventilators can handle inlet temperatures of up to 170°F and are equipped with a speed controllable motor, ensuring efficient and reliable performance in demanding environments.
