Eagle's 15 gallon manual close add-on flammable liquid safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. The cabinet includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded vents with fire baffle and cap, a high-gloss, lead-free, baked-on powder coat finish, and trilingual warning labels. It features continuous piano hinges, a ground connection, four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill, and patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves that direct spills to the back and bottom of a leakproof sump while supporting a safe allowable load of 350 lbs (159 kg) uniformly distributed. The cabinet provides internal dimensions of 39.5"W x 14.56"D x 19.5"H, utilizes internal and external welded construction, a flush-mounted door handle with key lock, a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system, self-latching doors with manual closing that open 180 degrees, and shelves adjustable on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers supported by 4 brackets.
