Eagle's 12 gallon, self-closing, tower space saver flammable liquid safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. It includes four adjustable 4 in (10.2 cm) legs for easy cleaning underneath and mobility with a forklift or pallet jack. The cabinet has a lead-free, high-gloss, baked-on powder finish with red trilingual warning labels, a ground connection, and a 3-point stainless steel bullet latching system operated by a flush mounted door handle with key lock. The doors are self-closing with a 135° opening, featuring continuous piano hinges, a concealed self-close mechanism for obstruction-free access to the top shelf, and a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill. Inside, the cabinet includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) threaded internal vents with fire baffles and caps, adjustable galvanized steel shelves supported on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers by four brackets, each shelf rated for a 350 lbs (159 kg) uniform distributed load, and designed to direct spills towards the back and bottom leakproof sump. The internal and external welded construction ensures durability and safety. The cabinet measures internal dimensions of 20"W x 14.56"D x 30.5"H, is FM-approved, and meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements, providing certified protection for flammable liquid storage.
