Eagle's 45 gallon manual close tower flammable liquid safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double-wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. It includes four adjustable 4 in (10.2 cm) legs for easy cleaning underneath and movement with a forklift or pallet jack. The cabinet has a lead-free, high-gloss, baked-on powder coat finish with red trilingual warning labels, continuous piano hinges, a ground connection, and a flush-mounted door handle with key lock. It features a patented adjustable galvanized steel shelf system adjustable on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, supported by four brackets, holding a uniform distributed load of 350 lbs (159 kg), directing spills to the back and bottom of the leakproof sump. The door includes a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof sill, self-latching manual close doors with a 180-degree opening, and a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system. The cabinet contains two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents with threaded fittings, each with fire baffle and cap. Internal and external welds contribute to structural integrity.
