Eagle's 24 gallon self-closing aerosol can storage paint and ink safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double-wall construction featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors. The cabinet includes extra adjustable galvanized steel shelves spaced on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers, each supported by four brackets and capable of holding a 350 lbs (159 kg) uniformly distributed load. It features a lead-free, high-gloss, baked-on powder finish, continuous piano hinges, a ground connection, and four adjustable galvanized leveling legs. The cabinet is equipped with two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents with fire baffle and cap, a 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill, a flush-mounted door handle with key lock, and a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system. Doors are self-closing with a 135° opening, featuring a concealed self-close mechanism for obstruction-free access to the top shelf, while self-indexing doors ensure they close in sequence for a tight seal from top to bottom. The unit includes red trilingual warning labels, wall-mounting brackets, and is assembled with internal and external welded construction.
