Eagle's 24-gallon manual close aerosol can storage paint and ink safety cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge (1 mm) steel with reinforced double-wall construction on the sides, top, bottom, back, and doors, featuring a 1-1/2 in (3.8 cm) air space between walls. The cabinet includes two 2 in (5.1 cm) internal vents with fire baffle and cap, a high-gloss, lead-free, baked-on powder coat finish with red trilingual warning labels, grounding attachment, and a three-point stainless steel bullet latching system with flush-mounted door handle and key lock. The 2 in (5.1 cm) raised leakproof door sill and patented adjustable galvanized steel shelves direct spills to the back and bottom of the leakproof sump, each shelf adjustable on 3 in (7.6 cm) centers with 4 brackets supporting a 350 lbs (158.8 kg) uniform distributed load. It features continuous piano hinges, four adjustable galvanized leveling legs, self-latching doors with manual closing (180° opening), and includes wall-mounting brackets. The cabinet is FM-approved, meets NFPA Code 30 and OSHA requirements, and has internal dimensions of 39.75"W x 8.75"D x 39.5"H. Some state and municipalities may require self-closing doors on flammable safety cabinets; this model has manual closing doors and should be reviewed against local ordinances prior to purchase.
