The Contrx heavy-duty floor-mounted jib crane features a 3000 lb. capacity, 12' under beam height, and a 16' span. This industrial-grade jib crane is designed with a floor base plate mounting method, where the column assembly is bolted to a pre-poured concrete foundation with embedded anchor bolts, allowing 360-degree rotation of the boom. The boom is fabricated from a steel I-beam with removable end stops, and the jib crane head section houses a machined lower roller carriage with heavy steel side plates. The lower roller carriage is mounted on adjustable tension bolts to permit field adjustments. The support column is constructed of steel pipe with a heavy base plate and reinforcing gussets. The jib crane is intended for indoor use but can be custom-modified for most outdoor applications. The product is made in the USA and includes removable end stops.
