The kit includes options for inside and outside mounting, with an adjustable width and 3-7/8" bar spacing. It is compliant with NYC, NJ, and Oregon Home Builders Association health and safety building codes. The product is manufactured by Segal brand and constructed from plain carbon steel tubing. One-way tamper-resistant screws are included for installation. Please note that this product is not suitable for use in bedrooms or sleeping quarters where no other emergency exit window is accessible.
