The MVP® Balance System is a modular balance system featuring four different non-skid platforms and five distinct color-coded instability balls, allowing users to alter platform stability and create various difficulty levels. This system is designed for balance, coordination, ankle and knee strengthening, rehabilitation, ankle range-of-motion and flexibility, core stability, improved posture, and proprioceptive training. Each board can function as a wobble board with one ball placed in the center position or as a rocker board with two balls placed in opposing side positions. Additionally, one ball can be placed off-center to support range-of-motion and stretching activities. The smaller instability balls provide the least instability, while the larger ones offer the greatest. Larger platforms can help limit instability. Components are available individually or as part of kits, which can include wall hang storage racks, with the kit including a yellow Level 1 ball only. The color-coded instability balls are also compatible with the CANDO® Multi-Axial Positioning System.
