The MVP® Balance System is a modular balance system featuring four different non-skid platforms and five color-coded instability balls. The system allows for platform stability adjustments, creating various difficulty levels suited for balance, coordination, ankle and knee strengthening and rehabilitation, ankle range-of-motion and flexibility, core stability, improved posture, and proprioceptive training. Each board can function as either a wobble board with one ball inserted in the center or as a rocker board with two balls positioned on opposing sides. Additionally, a ball can be positioned off-center to assist in range-of-motion and stretching activities. The various sizes of instability balls provide different levels of instability, with smaller balls offering the least and larger balls the most instability. The larger platforms can limit this instability. Individual components are available for purchase separately or as part of kits that may include wall hang storage racks. This kit includes a 5-ball set with a wall rack, containing one ball of each color: yellow, red, green, blue, and black.
