The round rollers enable users to progress through exercise sequences by graduating from smaller diameter rollers to larger ones for increased difficulty. The half round roller serves effectively for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation, with its diameter indicating the width of the half-round profile. These PE rollers with Tufcoat are robust enough to accommodate large adults and active children. Foam rollers are available in lengths of 36" and 12", with options for a round (circular) or half-round (semi-circular) profile, and come in diameters of 6" and 4". This product line features rollers with white foam and a blue Tufcoat finish, which provides a solid, plastic-like coating on the exterior that enhances firmness and washability.
