Polyethylene foam rollers are designed for various applications including positioning, balance, postural and muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, body awareness and coordination, and strengthening activities. The round rollers allow users to progress from easier (smaller diameter) to more challenging (larger diameter) exercises, while the half round roller is particularly useful for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation. The diameter of the roller refers to the width of the half-round profile, and the foam is robust enough to accommodate large adults and active children. Foam rollers come in lengths of 48", 36", 30", 24", 18", and 12", and diameters of 3", 4", 6", or 8", available in either a round or half-round profile. Polyethylene foam rollers are offered in standard formula colors of white and blue, and also in beige with an anti-microbial additive. Additionally, 6" x 36" and 6" x 12" half rollers can be obtained sliced or fully extruded, featuring an integral skin on the bottom.
