The round rollers facilitate progressive exercise sequences, allowing users to advance from a smaller diameter roller to a larger one for increased difficulty. Additionally, the half round roller serves as an effective tool for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation; the diameter indicates the width of the half-round profile. The foam is durable enough to support large adults as well as active children. Available in lengths of 48", 36", 30", 24", 18", and 12", the rollers come in diameters of 3", 4", 6", or 8" with options for either a round (circular) or half-round (semi-circular) profile. These polyethylene foam rollers are offered in a standard formula in white and blue, and also come with an anti-microbial additive in beige. The 6" x 36" and 6" x 12" half rollers can be acquired sliced or fully extruded with an integral skin on the bottom, allowing you to choose the roller that best suits your needs.
