The Cando® blue PE foam roller, with dimensions of 6" in diameter and 36" in length, is constructed from durable polyethylene foam, making it ideal for various applications such as positioning, balance, postural and muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, body awareness, coordination, and strengthening activities. This round roller allows for progressive exercise sequences, enabling users to progress from a smaller diameter roller to a larger one as their skills improve. Additionally, a half round version is available, which is particularly useful for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation, with the diameter measuring the width of the half-round profile. The foam is robust enough to accommodate large adults and active children. Foam rollers come in multiple lengths (48", 36", 30", 24", 18", and 12") and diameters (3", 4", 6", or 8"), available in round (circular) or half-round (semi-circular) profiles. The polyethylene foam rollers are offered in standard formula colors of white and blue, as well as a beige version with an anti-microbial additive. The half rollers measuring 6" x 36" and 6" x 12" can be obtained either sliced or fully extruded, with the latter featuring an integral skin on the bottom.
