The Cando® white PE foam roller is a half-round design measuring 4" in diameter and 36" in length, made from durable polyethylene foam. This versatile roller is ideal for various applications including positioning, balance training, postural and muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, and enhancing body awareness and coordination, as well as improving range of motion and strength. The half-round shape is particularly beneficial for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation. The diameter indicates the width of the half-round profile, and the foam's strength accommodates both large adults and active children. Cando® foam rollers are available in lengths of 48", 36", 30", 24", 18", and 12", with diameters of 3", 4", 6", or 8", in either round or half-round profiles. The rollers come in white and blue with a standard formula, as well as in beige with an anti-microbial additive. Additionally, 6" x 36" and 6" x 12" half rollers are available as sliced or fully extruded versions, featuring an integral skin on the bottom.
