Polyethylene foam rollers are designed for various therapeutic and fitness applications, including positioning, balance, postural and muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, body awareness and coordination, as well as ranging and strengthening activities. These round rollers facilitate a progressive exercise sequence, allowing users to transition from smaller diameter rollers to larger ones as they advance their workouts. Additionally, the half-round roller serves as an effective tool for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation, with its diameter indicating the width of the half-round profile. Constructed from durable foam, these rollers are suitable for both large adults and active children. They are available in lengths of 48", 36", 30", 24", 18", and 12", and diameters of 3", 4", 6", or 8", in either round or half-round profiles. Polyethylene foam rollers come in standard formulas of white and blue, and in a variant with an anti-microbial additive in beige. The 6" x 36" and 6" x 12" half rollers can be obtained sliced or fully extruded, featuring an integral skin on the bottom.
