Polyethylene foam rollers are designed for a variety of purposes including positioning, balance, postural and muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, body awareness and coordination, and ranging and strengthening activities. Round rollers facilitate progressive exercise sequences, allowing users to advance from an easier (smaller diameter) to a more challenging (larger diameter) roller. The half-round roller serves as an effective tool for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation, with the diameter indicating the width of the half-round profile. Constructed from durable foam, these rollers can accommodate large adults as well as active children. Available lengths include 48", 36", 30", 24", 18", and 12", with diameters of 3", 4", 6", or 8", offered in either a round (circular) or half-round (semi-circular) profile. The polyethylene foam rollers come in standard formula colors of white and blue, with an optional anti-microbial additive available in beige.
