Polyethylene foam rollers are designed for various applications, including positioning, balance, postural and muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, body awareness and coordination, as well as ranging and strengthening activities. The round rollers facilitate progressive exercise sequences, allowing users to advance from a smaller diameter to a larger one for increased difficulty. The half-round roller is particularly effective for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation, with the diameter specifying the width of the half-round profile. Constructed to support large adults and active children, foam rollers are available in lengths of 48", 36", 30", 24", 18", and 12", and diameters of 3", 4", 6", or 8", with options for either a round or half-round profile. Polyethylene foam rollers come in standard colors of white and blue, and can also be obtained with an anti-microbial additive in beige. Additionally, 6" x 36" and 6" x 12" half rollers are offered in sliced or fully extruded types, featuring an integral skin on the bottom for added durability.
