Polyethylene foam rollers are designed for various applications including positioning, balance, postural and muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, body awareness and coordination, and strength training activities. They feature round rollers that allow users to progress from easier (smaller diameter) to more difficult (larger diameter) exercises, while half-round rollers are particularly effective for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation. The diameter refers to the width of the half-round profile. The foam is durable enough to accommodate large adults and active children. These foam rollers are available in lengths of 48", 36", 30", 24", 18", and 12", with diameters of 3", 4", 6", or 8", in either a round or half-round profile. Polyethylene foam rollers come in standard colors of white and blue, with an option for an anti-microbial additive in beige. The 6" x 36" and 6" x 12" half rollers can be selected as sliced or fully extruded, featuring an integral skin on the bottom.
