Thera-Band® exercise mats are engineered with a new and improved material to provide maximum cushioned support for comfortable floor exercises and to help protect against injury. Made of high-density polyethylene, a lightweight non-PVC material, the mats feature a fabric-like surface that is waterproof, wear resistant, and designed for repetitive use by physical therapists and in fitness clubs. They are easy to care for, washable with soap and water, and include pre-drilled hanging holes along with two elastic straps for convenient storage options. Thera-Band® exercise mats come in six varieties, all measuring 75" in length. The mats are available in two different thickness levels, with the thicker options offering more cushioning for rehabilitation applications, while the thinner mats are ideal for routine fitness work. Additionally, two widths are available in the most common user-preferred sizes, with the widest mats designed to accommodate exercise balls. Each size can be purchased in blue and green colors.
