The OZ Lifting Compozite Davit Crane with 12V DC electric winch is a lightweight, portable lifting solution constructed from fiber-reinforced composite materials combined with durable steel components. Weighing about half as much as comparable all-metal cranes, which typically weigh around 150 lbs for 1,000 lbs capacity models, this crane is easily disassembled without tools into smaller pieces, enhancing its versatility and portability for transport or use on elevated structures. The composite materials provide inherent corrosion resistance, further protected by zinc chromate plating, powder coating on steel parts, and stainless steel pins, ensuring durability in humid environments. The modular base system allows one crane to service multiple areas, with the crane rotating 360 degrees on a smooth, self-lubricating bushing and controlled with an external handle. Load control is further refined through a rear-mounted ratchet screw jack, enabling adjustment of the crane’s angle under full load. Cable assembly and base are sold separately.
