The Oz Lifting 1200 lb. Composite Davit Crane with a 110 AC Electric Winch features a lightweight and easily portable design made from strong fiber reinforced composite materials and durable steel components, significantly reducing its weight to about half that of traditional all-metal davit cranes, which typically weigh around 150 lbs for 1,000 lbs capacity models. The Composite Davit Crane can be quickly disassembled without any tools, enhancing its portability and versatility for transportation across various sites, including elevated structures. The crane's corrosion resistance is enhanced by zinc chromate plating and powder-coating on the steel components, along with the use of stainless steel pins, ensuring longevity in humid environments. This model features a modular base system, allowing one crane to service multiple areas, and rotates a full 360 degrees on a smooth self-lubricating bushing for easy load control, complemented by an external handle and a rear-mounted ratchet screw jack for adjusting the angle under full load. The kit does not include the cable assembly and base, which are sold separately.
