The 12-24 x 1/2" Security Machine Screw features a flat undercut Torx head and is made from 18-8 stainless steel, packaged in a quantity of 100. These security fasteners are designed to provide an added level of security through their unique drive design, which prevents removal with ordinary screwdrivers. The maximum torque transfer and positive tool engagement facilitate easier drive installation with reduced pressure and slippage. The Torx® pin-head offers a high degree of security and requires a matching driver bit for installation.
