The timer allows accurate monitoring of the heating time, while a wide range of interchangeable aluminum alloy heat blocks provides versatility and facilitates easy cleaning and disinfecting. The powder-coated steel body construction ensures durability, and a built-in over-temperature protection device guarantees sample and user safety. Additionally, temperature deviation adjustment is included. Applications for this device encompass sample preparation, enzyme preservation, enzyme-substrate reactions, DNA amplification, electrophoresis gel degeneration, and serum coagulation. The kit includes a dry bath, US style plug, and block lifter, while the required accessory must be ordered with block(s), sold separately.
