The Thermo Scientific™ compact digital dry bath/block heater is designed to maximize valuable bench space and offers multiple combinations of block sizes for tube size versatility. It features a built-in temperature-sensing probe that ensures outstanding temperature accuracy and control, with a fast heating rate of 16 minutes on average for heating from 30°C to 100°C (ambient at 25°C) using one 0.2 ml block. The unit operates with a 12V low voltage power input and includes a convenient, easy-to-read digital display, making it user-friendly. Its small footprint and lightweight design make it ideal for various applications such as sample preparation, enzyme preservation, enzyme-substrate reactions, and DNA amplification. The single (S) model can accommodate a full block, two half blocks, four quarter blocks, or a combination of one half and two quarter blocks. The kit includes the dry bath, a US style plug, a block lifter, and a plastic lid, while the required accessory blocks must be ordered separately. This product comes with a 2-year limited warranty from Thermo Fisher Scientific and note that it will not ship to residential addresses.
