The Thermo Scientific™ touch screen dry bath/block heater is designed to achieve precise temperature stability and uniformity, featuring an easy-to-use touch screen controller. The kit includes 1, 2, and 4 block models with a broad range of heat blocks, offering a wide temperature range from ambient +5°C to 130°C, catering to various application demands. Key attributes include an advanced internal temperature sensing probe for outstanding accuracy, temperature deviation adjustment, precise control with a PID circuit, and temperature self-calibration for offsetting the temperature to a desired value. The device features a timer for accurate heating time monitoring, password protection, and interchangeable aluminum alloy sample blocks designed for versatility, easy cleaning, and disinfecting. Users can configure the heater to hold 1, 2, or 4 modular blocks to accommodate a variety of vessels and applications, while the powder-coated steel body ensures durability. When an external temperature sensor is connected, the internal sensor automatically disconnects, allowing temperature control and display to rely on the external sensor. The touch screen control also displays time and temperature, and it supports 10 user setting programs, each capable of handling up to 5 sequential steps of different temperatures and durations. Safety is enhanced by a built-in over temperature protection device.
