The Thermo Scientific™ Heratherm™ Advanced Protocol Security microbiological incubators ensure outstanding sample safety with a unique 140°C decontamination routine, a lockable incubator door equipped with an alarm for restricted access, and automatic over- and under-temperature alarms. These incubators feature dual convection for application versatility (except for large capacity units), with an adjustable fan speed ranging from 0 to 100%. They are designed with an advanced digital timer for daily or weekly on/off cycles and an easy-to-clean stainless-steel interior (AISI 304). The intuitive user interface allows for straightforward temperature setting, complemented by a large vacuum fluorescent display. An optional sample sensor can provide the exact temperature of the sample on display. The incubators maintain a broadly suitable temperature range from 5°C above ambient to 105°C, with temperature uniformity of 0.6°C (fan off) and between 0.2°C and 0.4°C (fan full speed) at 37°C, as well as a temperature stability of 0.1°C at 37°C. An automatic alarm system alerts users to over- and under-temperature conditions, and an internal glass door enables sample viewing without disrupting the temperature. These incubators have an exceptionally small footprint and will not ship to residential addresses.
