The kit includes a set of bungee cords, each equipped with a snap-hook on one end and a door jamb nub along with a loop anchor on the other end. To utilize the product, attach the snap-hook to D-ring handles, D-ring straps, or D-ring anchors for versatile usage. The opposite end of the bungee cord offers several options: gripping the loop, using the loop as a foot stirrup, or inserting the nub anchor into a door jamb. This setup is designed to facilitate both upper and lower body exercises. The bungee cords measure 7 feet in length and are available in a tan color with an XX-light resistance rating.
