Cando® resistive band exerciser roll is packaged in a dispenser box that allows for easy unrolling of the desired length of exercise band, which can be cut with scissors. This high-quality synthetic latex-free exercise band has been utilized for physical therapy and athletic training since 1987, and is a staple in many physical therapy programs. The latex-free formula closely mimics the stretch characteristics of traditional latex bands, providing an economic solution for both upper and lower body exercises. It is lightweight, compact, and portable, making it an effective option whether used alone or with handles and anchors. The bands are color-coded according to resistance levels, with Cando® licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. Available in eight progressive levels of resistance, the strength ranges from least to greatest as follows: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. Each band has a uniform width of 5 inches and the roll measures 6 yards in length, specifically in tan color, which represents an XX-light resistance level.
