Lightweight, compact, and portable, the tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts on-the-go, suitable for use even in a hotel room. It features two permanent foam-covered rigid handles for comfort and a firm grasp. CanDo® is licensed to use the TheraBand® color sequence for easy identification of resistance levels. The Bowtie exerciser is available in seven levels of resistance for progressive exercise: tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver, with silver representing the XX-heavy resistance. The tubing comes in three lengths to accommodate different needs, with length representing the distance from end to end when the unit is laid flat and taut. CanDo® low powder exercise tubing is constructed from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. The dimensions of the silver tubing are 14 inches in length.
