Lightweight, compact, and portable, the tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts on-the-go, making it suitable for use in a hotel room. The kit includes two permanent foam-covered rigid handles that provide comfort and a secure grip. Cando® is licensed to use the Thera-Band® color sequence, allowing for easy identification of resistance levels. The Bowtie exerciser is available in 7 levels of resistance—tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver—arranged from least to greatest resistance, and offers 3 lengths to meet various user needs. The length of the tubing from end to end when laid flat and taut corresponds to each variation. The Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions. Specific dimensions include a 22" length with the yellow tubing classified as x-light resistance.
