Thera-Band® tubing is made of natural rubber and comes in a 25' roll with a green color code representing heavy resistance. The resistance levels are achieved by varying the thickness of the tubing, which is color-coded in proprietary Thera-Band® colors that increase in difficulty through seven levels, from tan to silver. This color-coding system offers positive reinforcement and feedback for gauging results. The kit includes one roll of tubing, and it adheres to necessary standards for quality and safety.
