Cando® high-quality latex resistive exercise tubing has been a key component in rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, making it essential in many physical therapy and athletic training programs. This lightweight, portable, and durable exercise tubing is effective for both upper and lower body workouts and can be used alone or with handles and anchors. The tubing is color-coded according to resistance levels, which are licensed to follow the Thera-Band® color sequence for easy identification. Available in eight resistance levels, the color codes from least to greatest resistance are tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, silver, and gold. The tubing comes in a 25-foot roll, specifically in green, which denotes medium resistance. Cando® low powder exercise tubing is made from natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions; however, latex-free alternatives are offered for those with sensitivities.
