Lightweight, compact, and portable, the tubing exerciser is designed for strengthening and conditioning workouts, making it suitable for use in various settings, including hotel rooms. The kit includes two permanent foam-covered rigid handles that provide comfort and a secure grip. Cando® is licensed to utilize the TheraBand® color sequence, allowing for easy identification of resistance levels. The Bowtie exerciser comes in 7 levels of resistance for progressive exercise, ranging from tan (least resistance) to silver (greatest resistance), and is available in 3 different lengths to accommodate individual needs. The resistance levels are tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver, with the length of the tubing measured from end to end when the unit is laid flat and taut. Cando® low powder exercise tubing is constructed from natural rubber latex, which may trigger allergic reactions. One specific item included in the package is the 22" blue heavy tubing.
